From scan to fit, in our own clinic.

Our scanners, design software, mill and printers are all connected, so each step uses the same digital record of your teeth. Nothing is lost in a hand-off, and much of your care can be finished in one visit. Timing varies by treatment, and we’ll tell you at your exam whether yours can be finished the same day.

A small handheld scanner builds a precise 3D model of your teeth, and you can watch it appear on screen.

Is a digital scan uncomfortable?

Most patients find it far more comfortable than putty impressions. It takes a few minutes, and we can pause at any time.

Are milled and printed restorations durable?

They’re made from high-strength materials designed for everyday chewing. How long any restoration lasts depends on your bite, habits and home care.

Can I see my restoration being designed?

Yes. We’re happy to show you the design on screen and explain what we’re doing as we go.

Does digital dentistry cost more?

In most cases, no. Treatments are generally priced the same as traditional methods, and insurance coverage works the same way. We’ll confirm the cost with you before treatment.

Can I get a same-day crown at Newton?

Often, yes. Newton crowns are designed at Newton and milled at our Fleetwood clinic, and Newton patients are booked at Fleetwood when they need the mill, often the same day. We’ll tell you at your exam whether yours can be finished in one visit.
