If in doubt, call our office and we can help you determine the best course of treatment. Generally, we allow emergency patients to come in right away during office hours, there may be a short wait, but this ensures you're seen as soon as possible.

Try to remain calm and assess the situation, most dental emergencies are very treatable when handled quickly.

Generally, we allow emergency patients to come in right away during office hours. Although there may be a bit of a wait, this ensures you will be seen as soon as possible.
What if my emergency happens after hours?
If you call our office after hours, the voicemail provides the dentists' personal phone numbers. Leave a message and the dentist will call you back as soon as possible.
Will you explain what's happening?
Yes, your emergency dentist explains what's happening during the exam and gives you a summary of the findings. You are a full partner in your oral health care, and we have great digital tools to make sure you understand what's happening in your mouth.
Do you bill insurance directly?
We will claim insurance directly when we can, and we always charge only the BC Fee Guide for general dentists.
